Mr. Mohammad Mominur Rahman, Deputy Commissioner, Chittagong was present as the special guest at today's function presided over by Engineer Muhammad Nasir Uddin, Chairman, Alhaj Shamsul.Haq Foundation. Distinguished officials of Chittagong district administration and local dignitaries were present at today's free wheelchair distribution program for the handicapped and disabled people managed by Alhaj Shamsul Haq Foundation in collaboration with South West Muslim Association and a mother who did not want to be named. Let's move forward with joint efforts.
